How to place order

- Add your products to your cart.
- When you are finished adding products, click the check-out button.
- Enter your delivery and payment information. You can also create an account if you wish to.
- Review your order and make sure your shipping and personal information is correct.
- Please correct any errors before placing your order.
- Finish the check-out once information is correct.
Delivery
Please let us know as soon as possible of lost or damaged items in transit. A claim would need to be made against the carriers at that time. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund.
Please allow 3- 5 business days for your shipment to arrive once it has left our facility.
Cancellations and Returns
Please be advised that all products available on our site are final sale.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If there is a problem with an item, please contact us to discuss the matter further. Items that are proven to be faulty (within 7 days after delivery), are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
Coffee (ground or whole bean) is a perishable item and is not refundable. If you have a damaged delivery, please contact us within 48 hours so that we can take the next steps necessary to help you.
